Thank you for contacting support. I am very sorry you are having issues with your account and registration. We actually are not smoking anything even though we are in California. I did review over your account and I think I may have found your issue. I do believe you might be confused on the difference between the hosting and domain registration. You can see your domain registrations here:
As you can see your domain, under the “Auto Renew?” it is set to ask, not auto renew. Therefore the domain will not auto renew. As for the domain not being able to auto renew, you can see the large red notice listed above:
Autopay Payment Method Not on File
Enabling autorenew requires a valid payment method on file. Add Payment Method Now
So this means the domain can not be auto renewed unless you have added a payment method on file. The domain registration will not auto renew without it. The hosting plan will auto renew even without a payment on file as you have 30 days to pay for the hosting, and an additional 30 day grace period. The hosting plan is regulated by CENSORED, where the domain registration although purchased through CENSORED is regulated by ICANN, and the domain registration renewals can not be canceled. So unfortunately this might be a case of misunderstanding or lack of observation on your part. Hopefully this does help clarify the issues with the domain registration, and verify that we are not smoking anything. So you can either add a payment on file and set the domain to auto renew, and still use the free renewal, or you can manually renew it with the free renewal. Please let me know if you have any questions.
